AXISCADES Technologies Limited Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting – Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today i.e. April 09, 2025 has inter-alia transacted the following matters: • Approved the appointment of Mr. K.P. Mohanakrishnan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 09, 2025; and • Approved the designation of Mr. Muralikrishnan as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the group and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 09, 2025. The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as "Annexure-I”
