“When your dislike is intense, even virtues seem like flaws.” → On the other hand, if you dislike someone, even their positive qualities can appear negative. For instance, if someone is confident, you might see them as arrogant—simply because your attitude toward them is negative.
“Mend Your Attitude” → The key message is that it’s not always the person who is truly good or bad—it’s often our own perspective that is biased. By adjusting your attitude (removing the “blinding” effects of love or dislike), you can see people more clearly and fairly.

Tanla Platforms Income tax department raised ₹46.9 crore demand for AY2020-21 over alleged TDS short-withholding on asset purchase consideration. The delay in submission was on account of the time required to obtain necessary confirmation/consent from the Seller in terms of the Share/Asset Purchase Agreement (SPA), along with completion of internal review and validation of the relevant information to ensure accurate and comprehensive disclosure. The Company has since finalized the matter and is submitting the disclosure at the earliest. The delay is regretted. The Company confirms that it has ensured disclosure of all material information in this regard.
