The issue price of { 1280 per. Equity Share, includes a discount of { 23.08 per Equity Share or 137YoYo to the floor price, as detennined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations,. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital ofthe company stands increased frorn {118,225,986 consisting of 59,112,993 Equity Shares of { 2 each to <12,91,63,486 consisting of 6,45,81,743 Equity Shares of { 2 each.
