UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK LIMITED With reference to the query received by the Bank from BSE Ltd. on delay in filing of corporate announcement (USFB/CS/SE/2024-2025/145) dated March 31, 2025. We would like to submit we inadvertently missed the cautionary letter received by the Bank from BSE through their email on Friday, March 28, 2025 and hence, we filed the same on Monday, March 31, 2025.
